@karooo53 No. Yes you can get them from android market, vcast market, and a version of playstation store called playstation pocket or something like that I believe.

Excellent phone with incredible battery life! All games, including the emulator ones, run smoothly and you can play for more than 5 hours straight without charging.

Best handheld controls on any device, in my opinion.

its not all the impressive to be honest. It just carries an Adreno 205 gpu which is already slowly becoming outdated even though it will last for some time theres gonna be some newer better gpus in the near future of mobile phones.

If i were you guys, if hold on to my wallet for just a little while longer. Maybe till 2012 or 2013

Even if the they are not porting code over they are still behind. Gameloft ison n working new games that work on dual core cpu. this song phone only has one core.

@Hevander75 no lol, this isnt a console, its not here to replace anything. The PSVITA is the obvious successor to the PSP, thats not a question. This is just here to compete with other phones for gaming.

@mycomputerismyfriend Thats not a fair comparison. The xperia play isn't supposed ot be a console, the NGP is. The Xperia play is supposed to make mobile gaming more fun, whereas the NGP is supposed to revolutionise handheld gaming.

All those games are iPhone ports. And the new games for iPhone will support dualcore and ports might not be as good in the coming months.
