Nowissoon I agree with you totally. These songs are not just sacred, they are different from all we have in the market now. I remember always feeling guilty those days whenever I heard this song. Guilty and angry too bcos I wasnt born again and didnt know why these guys would sing a song asking me to ask Jesus into my life. Why not show me the faces of each of the 2 ministers (not only one over and again)as they sing/minister with passion. One rather gets better inspired when he see some wonderfuly natural things as the song goes on. Some clips of some events that is related to the message will also help. What connect this Spirit-moving songs with summer beach scene.
This songs are unique among many songs. I would say they were not sung for money but as a ministry to minister to many. They have remanined new continually. I grew up to know it. There are these 3 songs that make me cry, smile and pray: Voice of the cross, Okwe and Patty Obassey. But one thing is that when I wash some of the videos, they seem to neutralise the power in the message.
