in 2009 i was 267 lbs and never really thought much of it. I got sick of the fat jokes and started to workout and eat healthier at the start of this year. Today, i'm 194 and losing. According to my bmi, i'm only 5 lbs overweight now. I've never felt so good about myself in my life :)
of course he has lots of muscle so he loses a lot more fat... but these exercises he does for these 3 weeks are really good for losing weight i lost 7 pounds not that mutch but im broud of myself :))

@commando2224 I think about four laps around the average track is equal to one mile. So if u run eight laps at a track near u that's probably two miles. If u can get on a treadmill, running at the 4.0 speed (four miles an hour) will mean you've run the equivalent of two miles in half an hour.

@lbomb8 So you can run in snow but you can't bike? Sounds stupid. I personally wouldn't know because I live in a valley and we get maybe 2-3 days a year of snow if we get snow at all.

Well first my situation. I'm 15 years old and as you can probably imagine, I can't just go to the park or anything for pullups and I don't have a pull up bar. I've been trying an invention of my own(of course its probably been done before) of just pushing myself up off say like a table or something without using my legs, arms only. Well after a while my wrist hurts so i know it isn't good to do, but any suggestions?
@Xeno455 just do push ups instead, different types too. the triangle push up, military, wide-make it harder by also putting your feet on a chair or stairs. when your doing it be careful about your wrists and elbows. shoulders are going to hurt. just go day by day, day 1 do max amount of pushups. day 2 do max +1, day 3 max +2, etc.. add a push up everyday. takes 1-2 mins (depending on how many you can do) and can do it multiple times a day which ALWAYS helps.
Definitely going to get back on track with working out. I've gotten lazy since school started back in September and haven't worked out as much...Just realized you walked past my school at 6:57, cool.

@wesispimp9000 been doing my own thing. Started by just loosing the suggary soda,controling my portions and everyday for lunch I just ate a meal replacement bar and spent the ~50 min left walking high pace instead. Then I started to train 2 times a week and I went on a program there is here in sweden called Itrim. You good at speaking off the cuff... you need a partner who likes what you like and has a some talent too.... if you were in my city i would have handled the camera and we would have made some really nice films together... everything nice like exercise, art etc. You really should be on National TV!
