Two things.

1. I'm digging your positive attitude. It's GREAT

2. I agree with most of what others have said in terms of passion and committing to each move. You really want to get a feel for pacing and how each motion is executed a certain way. That being said, you learned this by observing in a VIDEO! So mad props to that. I look forward to seeing what else you've got coming in the future! =] (shameless plug) please check out my stuff too!

Best cover out there, you learnt the moves pretty well and the positions are fine, it's just don't see that much passion or conviction in your movements, think about dyamics and your pace more, some movements might be soft and smooth and some movements might be harsh and straight, you know what I mean? Look at the way Brian dances especially in terms of dynamics and pace
