The kiss scene is from the romantic comedy "Frankie and Johnny", also starring Michelle Pfeiffer; the music in the background is from the same movie, it might be called "Flower Market".
The song at the end is Santana's "Smooth".

The song at the end is "Smooth" by Santana.
Btw, check out the AFI Life Achievement Award ceremony in June 2007. They announced 2 days ago that Al Pacino will be the recipient of that award!!
