Quite honestly, the way to eat them and really enjoy them, is on occasion, as desired, if desired, I put a bit of cream(or not), a littler bit of maple syrup for adequate sweetness, but not too much sweetness, just light pleasing sweetness, plenty of whole milk to about the 2/3 to 3/4 level of the bigger than average glass you're drinking from, a little pumpkin pie spice mix or nutmeg, or similar, mix it up, and then add two whole eggs, straight, just plopped in, and then drink down. Awesome

Ive eaten a raw egg. The trick is to crack all of it out into a cup and swallow it quickly. It wont be disgusting. Try doing that once, and you're set for life.
