From the United States flag code:

Looks like the Manufacturer of those disposable cameras knew what they where doing.

ethoxyethaan, he properly "disposed" of a worn out 'tatered' flag by burning it as stated in the U.S. flag code, i do get pissed off that many companies market their products by putting a 'flag on it' knowing it will be tossed out after its used up, also get ticked off when i see US flags with 'made in china' in small print on it, those i burn asap !

I've seen some of your slugs that were below $500.00, and I would consider that price reasonable. I don't think you understand. Do you know what you could buy with $77,103? You could buy a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house in a nice suburb of Austin with that money. Almost nobody would rather buy a melted robot than a new house or luxury car. Think about it.

That's a good point. Art collectors or museums might buy it, but it isn't something your average viewer could buy. It IS a true one-of-a-kind, and it is art. I agree that it would be a wise investment, because it may be worth over $1,000,000 in 100 years or so. Your video just makes it seem like you think it is within the reach of an average person by saying "only $77,103", and unfortunately, it isn't. That price is over a year's income for most. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...

...and I'm sure than many modern artists find this work masterful. I'm just not part of that crowd. This robot looks better than some of your other work, but although it is art to you and others, it is just a molten blob of burnt appliances to me. i don't really see any artistic value in this, but that's just my opinion. As you said, it is a one-of-a-kind that someone may buy. It's something you enjoy doing, and I wish you luck in selling this. You could buy 300 microwaves with that!
