I've had the dubious honor of being hit by Mr. Mills; to this day I'm not sure what part of his body he struck me with, but I know I was one of three guys who hit the floor after a series of popping sounds :)

just think he is a bit older than when Mr. Parker trained him daily. could you imagine Mr. Mills on his best day. completely lethal, you could proably feel the vibration of what he wanted to do to you, scary. even in these clips, for a individual just of his size, the speed is mind boggling

Paul Mills is awesome... Someone who truly understands mechanics and motion and can put it use, that is all but gone in Kenpo these days. Thank goodness for Mills.

This guy is amazing, and that hit that put the guy on the ground was just his "love type" that just scares me. No wander hes a Grandmaster of the Arts of American Kenpo. To truly master something like Kenpo is an amazing feat that deserves great respect.
