He misspeaks when he says ida = sun, pingala = moon, he meant to say it the other way around: ida = moon, pingala = sun. I think he's genuine, so I hope people don't dismiss him just because he misspoke. If you're paying attention, and watch all the vids of him, you may notice how sparkling he is; he doesn't have an ego problem or any agenda other than sharing what he's found. Very refreshing and inspiring when you need a push to practice.
