Spoiler Alert: Genesis is a very confusing character. at the end of CC he stops degrading due to the goddess' gift if you remember he tried taking her hand and she rejects him though his degradation is completely halted. In DoC he hides in a cave due to his unwillingness of taking part in the siege of the Tsviets. but in the end he finds his "brother" at deaths door and feels angry and guilty of letting it happen. end of spoiler. :)

At the end of final fantasy :advent children , cloud see's zack and aerith outside the church together , so either zack is in the lifestream with aeirith ( i dun think so ) or since aerith is an ancient she healed zack and now they r together and watching over cloud
personally me and a friend of mine thinks that the Gift is actually the poem itself and that your are able to wonder what the Gift is. because if there wasnt the poem, there wouldn't be the Gift of the Goddess.
this poem is just simply sad, my school had a competition on the most emotional poems and u had to enter poems made by other ppl. i entered this and 2000 ppl were crying after it was explained that this was to do with zack dieying. this poem won and it was proudly awarded the best emotional poem of the year. the prize money went to the ppl who made it :D
Same here i was pretty upset when zack died he didn't even get to say bye to his women ): i didn't want him to die and i didn't want the game to end at that point either after taking care of cloud who couldn't even talk or walk. very sad story

The "Loveless" poem is only real to Final Fantasy Crisis Core. It kinda serves as the game's pesonal bible of sorts. FYI: Just because it is not a real poem outside of the game does not mean you can take credit for it for a class or something. Any and all credit goes to the creators of the game
