I wouldn't mind so much if they were actually selling tiger balm but they're not.

Thjey bought the name and watreres down the product so much that it's basically petroleum gelly that smells maybe a bit minty (which isn't even in the origian recipe at all).... Real tiger balm IS powerful stuff but that would be the huge amounts of opioids it contained... but they got watrered out long ago..

Tiger Balm has no opioids in it. The active ingredients are camphor (cinnamon class of herb) and menthol (minty type of herb. I was told that it has the maximum amount of camphor and menthol allowed by our government. In Asia, the camphor is much higher because it's not regulated.

this became 1% then 0.1% etc... probably long before your time... the other essential oils have beneficial effect no doubt but nothing compared to the pain relieving effect of opium..
