  • No highs, lousy lows -- it must be BOSE.

  • @dumnuts1 fail as a comment

  • Does it suck yo dick and make food?

  • I'll said expensive it cost $1,099 but is worth the price you must heard to believe.

  • @CaptainScarlet2006 You can get the table-top Wave Music System which some experts say sounds better then this for half the price. I rather have the Music System.

  • Bose has always sounded great, I Love my Wave radio, just need the Iphone dock.

  • Best boombox?? maybe for 100 dollars, but otherwise NO!

  • @amr7037 you cant even spell , how could i ever trust your opinion?

  • Hey Hondacber..Do you still have this unit? Are you still enjoying it?

  • It's not all about bass - it's about clarity. These systems definitely offer clarity and detail. You are entitled toyour opinion. Just use logic.

  • If you wanna talk logic, watch my video "Why Bose Speakers Are Overpriced 1 (The Lifestyle 48)". That video shows Bose has no right on earth, unless you for some reason are okay with getting ripped off ass-over-teakettle, to charge the amount they do for the Lifestyle 48, considering what you can get. And, watch "Bose Lifestyle 48's Worst Nightmare: A System With Small Speakers for the Same Price". If you want small speakers, OMG, you can't beat that system. Again, think logic.

  • @falkenlaser - Shuddup!

  • A 500 watt component system - with tall speakers will sound better than this system. There are a lot of people who don't want huge components because of preference or lack of space. Falkenlaser, I saw your friends review on the wave music system -in the other video - and his comparisons are like comparing apples and oranges. Bose specifies that those systems are good for smaller rooms -

  • Yes, I understand there's people who don't want big systems. But, there's better systems out there that are just as small; ESPECIALLY for the money. This is the deal with Bose; they charge just about the exact same amount a bigger system would cost, when their systems don't come even close to their performance. Bose sells their products through very good marketing.

Also, what other systems have you heard out there? How much did they cost? Clarity and detail....compared to what?

  • @falkenlaser - Go away

  • @falkenlaser Dude you really need to move on.I mean you spend more time and effort on dogging Bose than you do posting a video on something that you like.I bet youv posted a comment on every Bose video on here. Most people love there Bose products. So get over it.If you dont like Bose products then why are you watching all the videos on them?Say your peace and move on.

  • @panaclean775 The reason most people like Bose products is because they're duped by Bose's ignorance-is-bliss advertising. The systems they just released, the Lifestyle V25 and V35, really show this in their videos on their website. It's pure deceit. It's on par with the Shamwow. I'm trying to spread the word that the stuff you can get for the same price as Bose's stuff annihilates it. I bet if most people heard these other brands first, they'd most likely not buy Bose.

  • @falkenlaser I would have to agree with you.I know I did.Onkyo reciever,Definitive technology cinema 800 speakers, supercube II...Pure love...But most of there buyers know what they are getting..The name Bose!! Its a prestige name in the mainstream world..They will sell tons of the new v25 and v35's because of this.Just the way it is.

  • @panaclean775 Oh yes I know what you mean about the "name." People that say "people that don't like Bose just can't afford it" are the people I'm guessing like Bose because of this. It's funny how they don't realize Bose is pretty dirt cheap compared to what else is out there. A 7.1 speaker set of the highest-end speakers from Paradigm's Monitor, their budget line, would exceed the cost of a $4000 Bose Lifestyle 48. In fact, I'll be making a video about this "you can't afford it" BS soon.

  • @panaclean775 lol, so true

  • All of this talk about what sounds better is funny. This is a great sounding system. Bose pushes the fact that these systems sound good for the size. Yes they do rival some larger systems. I have seen what is out there in tne market. Especially, mini systems. Of course with common sense and logic.

  • People try to put Bose down. Cause they're jealous and can't afford it. I have exactly the same system and i couldn't be happier.

I would suggest you get the Soundlink Adapter to go with the system and you'll be even more impressed.

  • dude... they put it down because its not worth the money it costs. all you are paying for is the brand name. i could afford one if i wanted to, but why should i if i can get other stuff that sounds better, goes louder, costs less and is a great brand.

  • Can't afford it? Wanna prove your theory? My system is worth the same as the Lifestyle 28. Watch my videos. They will show you the real reason why people don't like Bose. Saying "we can't afford it" is totally not reason (as a just demonstrated).

And, Bose isn't that expensive at all. I own Paradigm's budget-line products. The next level up would cost more than any speaker system Bose makes. With Paradigm's highest-end stuff, you could expect to pay $25,000 just for the speakers.

  • @falkenlaser - LOL XD

    BOSE H8ER

  • Cheezzz man bla bla bla lets fregen hear it !!!!!!!!!! NOW woman! LOL

  • What does it sound like?????

If it's anything like the Wave radio, it will be useless for anything with sound recorded on the left channel only.

  • can anyone tell me is the BOSE ACCOUSTIC WAVE MUSIC SYSTEM II have bass on it like a button!

  • i dont care what your thoughts are i wanted to hear what it sounded like

  • I have been buying high end sterio components for over 20 years & trust me when you here this BOSE system you WILL agree its THE BEST boombox you have ever herd.I also own several DENON & Mcintosh products with Bang & Offson, PolkAudio & Marton Login speakers so i know what i'm doing.

  • i bet you do, im not cutting bose down i know there the best you can buy or up there anyway but i just want to hear it for myself

  • Check out my videos. Every audio component in them blows Bose away. You think Bose is the best? 2 of those videos show stereo systems that exceed $40,000 (with speakers and amps that exceed $10,000).

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy works for Bose, especially the way he said "when you here this BOSE system you WILL agree its THE BEST boombox you have ever herd." It sounds just like Bose's advertising rhetoric. And, Bang and Olufsen isn't that high-end (it's kind of the rich person's Bose).

  • hi, i own couple of bose products n m extremely satisfied with all, now m planing to buy bose wave 2, n the other option i have is bowers and wilkinns zeplin, can u pls suggest which is one is better option to go with.

  • The B&W Zeppelin will blow the Wave II to hell where it belongs.

  • I dont trust someone who owns bang & olufson

  • While I own the A8 earphones, which I'd say are pretty good for the price (I really like how they fit), I'm with you when you say you don't trust someone who owns B&O. While their stuff looks incredible, their electronics sound like crap. The Beolab 8000s are some of the worst speakers I've heard. I think the Bose Lifestyle 48 impressed me more (which is VERY, VERY sad).

  • best "boombox" you can buy.

    that says it all...

  • Nice review.

  • Good man. You bought the Ipod 160 gb, what better way to hear music than through the libraries and libraries of music that that little device can hold, and to hear them amplify with the acoustic wave music system. I mean...thats all you need that bad boy and the 160 gig ipod. Both of them are the cock of the walk. Bad euphemism i know, but it makes a point.

  • would you recommend upgrading from the wave system 1?

  • hey ysn - I have never heard the first acoustic wave system - I know the difference is now they are using digital signal processing on this one - I have this one as well - it is a great system!!!
