When the bill came, I decided not to tip the waiter because he was wearing an Obama T-shirt. I explained to him after i ate that I wasn't going to tip him but I was going to redistribute his tip to someone that I deemed more in need, specifically the homeless guy outside. I found that they enjoy (youtube) insteading of me -placing a video in the DVD. They view you-tube and write a one page paper on the Speaker. While I believe meeting workers personal needs improves productivity, I don't think it is a viable task for any large company. Corporations want reliable machines/cogs. Anything deviating from the ideal makes management nervous.

For this and many other reasons, corporations are increasingly having to look at how they operate. However, if a team member feels uneasy about how things are done it is vital that this is communicated in the right way, not aggressively or arrogantly, but in a spirit of wanting to understand why things are done this way, and wanting to suggest a better way. I have seen many situations where things have changed as a result.

Keep looking on google, and you don't need to major in genetic engineering. You can major in biology or chemistry or engineering. Your major does not make a difference when you are looking for a research job as long as you get good grades and understand what's going on
