First of all, drawing an analogy with shooting real people is incorrect because it immediately touches upon a matter that bring lots of emotions on subject that no one can be unemotional about.

What im saying is that a game should be a model of real life in some of the aspects, at least,

, for example the same COD, of course doesnt model alighning of the foresight and backsights of a gun (which is crusial to shooting), nor personal eyesight characteristics, nor physical and mental tiredness of the soldier, etc.... BUT! it models (to certain extend) direction of shooting, bullets hitting target, hiding behind objects, orientation of soldier, etc. There is SIMILARITY to real prototype.

There is no set system of dance moves to the buttons, there is no honest system of relation of pitch to the buttons in G-hero. With this thing you can make a game nearly about anything: bulldozerman, sex, spaceship. The only part that is modeled is the timing- timing that you need to press the button..

and believe me, about timing - the game allows too much ++ or -- in time of pressing the button, that if you play any instrument in the real world, like that, they will thing you really have problems with rhythm. Dmitry- I can somewhat agree, and disagree. I played rockband and it got boring so iu wanted to try something different, i started playing real drums. I like rush's ablum moving pictures, and many other progressive rock and classic vinyl sort of things, so i play real drums, and it takes a real commitment to keep doing so. But........... Im sure people just like tp play these games for fun, i mean its just a game. And all COD games blow peoples heads off, what is wrong with that??

Well, as a game, as fun, I like it, of course. But playing drums in these games is different from the guitar. WIth the drums there is relation to real drum mapping. With the guitar its totally different. I would like to play such a guitar game where you would have a midi- guitar connected to PC or console- and there you go- all the notes should be real- not like you play the low pitch rithm and high pitched solo on the same buttons..

I didn't make this song and the reason there's so many mistakes is because the program that's used to record this creates considerable lag, which is sort of detrimental to a rhythm based game that requires good timing.

This is a Really bad chart. The beginning should be Green, Red, orange, green red blue (so on)

Also the beginning should be 2 note chords not 3 note chords.

Nice vid, but it's annoying the game doesn't work right when you're recording. You're using a standard recording program (like Fraps), right? If you are, you can fiddle with the game settings to reduce lag. An option in the menu should be 'Frames Per Second' (I play with the alarian mod on GH3, not RB, but I think it's the sae). The default is around 80 (for me): try lowering it to around 25. It doesn't look quite as good, but it runs better when recording. Nice run, good chart, hope that helps.

Yeah, it does get annoying when I hit record and the game starts to lag. And when you stop the recording mid-song you can really notice the difference.
