when im deep in the vortex, my heart get hot! its like a heat that feels good but its so hot.

@CJallDayy How odd, I feel my whole body generating heat also to a point I start sweating. It stops when I open my eyes and then my body returns to normal temperature. What I notice though is that it only happens when I am generating negative thoughts like despair or worry. Maybe it's causing friction with my vortex where I am generating positive thoughts
