If Islam is such a bad religion (which it isn't), then let it be as it is. In America, people have the right to freedom of religion. You can disparage Islam all you wan't, but people are still going to follow it regardless of what you say because it is righteous. So I do not see what any of the people who are trying to make the right way of life look like the wrong way are getting out of this. Because in the end, people are still going to follow Islam and it is going to grow.

@FiyaFive Where in my reply did I say Sharia Law does not have punishment for rape, my point is (it is well documented) that in practice NOT THEORY, it is very hard for a woman to win a case of rape and many cases have been reversed on them claiming them to be whores and are stoned to death. This fact you cannot dispute, because several human rights organizations have fought for many women to prevent their stoning.
Unfortunately the US system of Law is not perfect, but is equal to acc/def

First off, the prophet (pbuh) stated that if you committed the crime (had sex outside ur marriage) it is best to not tell anyone about it and keep it to urself. I believe in religious tolerance and that the US was founded upon that belief. I do not hate Muslims, I love all God's children. I have family who are Muslims and they are good people. However, I do not believe religion has any business in the governance of multi-cultural societies. This includes Christianity as well as Islam. I oppose Sharia Law but I suppose all religions living in peace together in a multi-cultural society.
