ADM should be /28 : 192 - 239, but still nice video. Thumbs up.

Here is a table for VLSM
Net Add: 128/192/224/240/248/252/
Subnets: 2 4 8 16 32 64
Hosts -2 126/ 62/ 30/ 14/ 6/ 2/
so you can see what he was doing by this graph
Address 192-239 are the addresses inside the 224. 224 subnet that has 32 ip addresses minus 2 for network and broadcast. he made a mistake and gave them 48 addresses for 20 admins up to the 240 subnet
