I see what 12rani meant. I liked the explanation. Initially I thought 12rani meant either of the following: 1) this singer cannot sing well and should rather quit singing; 2) this singer is really good and could do even better were she given a better environment (e.g., orchestra, composers, high tech recording instruments, etc).
