(i do 20 mins interval training on the treadmill too). anyway, thanks for such effective but tolerable workouts!!!
i liked this one and how they were all really simple arm targeted moves. i like the YOU WILL SUCCEED. its stuff like that people trying to lose weight really need to hear. THANKS
How heavy are the weights,particularly when you're first starting out?
