@mdrassler I will eat meals with meat. To be honest I have been eating a ton of super foods and plant based meals (im not a vegatarian). I eliminated drinking milk. My recovery has been great and conditioning solid also. I eat eggs everyday and chicken 2 or 3 times a week for dinner.
