The caller would be charged with neglegent homocide. He made the Uncle believe he was a criminal in his house to cause harm to him and his family. The Uncle then has the right to shoot on site. Sadly enough it was his wife he seen first. He thought she wasn't home. This video is a fake. The caller would of been jailed not making this video.

Apparently this guy tried to scare his uncle by calling his cell phone and having the caller id show that the call was coming from his house phone (he was at home). The Uncle freaked out and went looking for the perpetrator with his gun, and accidentally shot his wife who was hiding in the downstairs apt with the cousin, waiting to scare him. Pretty sick.
