I remember in the 80s smoking outside a concert hall hours before the show. John came out and sat down on the curb next to me. I didn't realize it was him until later. The concert was great!

Thanks for posting this...I've been looking for it for some time and I am amazed this is so obscure. I remember the song being on the radio (WLIR) in New York City in the early 80s. Wonderful lyrics. A real gem.
