I make the exact same juice, but without the mint. Celery rocks! Hey Brother Echo you're looking brighter and brighter as the days progress! I wish someday I'll be able to do a juice feast too. How many days would you recommend for the first juice feast? Oh, taking into account that I'm not raw, I still eat cooked food and fish on a rare occasion. Although I wish I where at least vegeterian...sorry

@anitius101 how many days to juice starting out depends on the individual and if you have a support system. There are all kinds of different programs. Maybe to get your feet wet you can start off with a week of smoothies then roll into a week of juicing. It's not easy but if you have support and are determined to manifest a new healthy lifestyle then you are your only obstacle... you're also your greatest hope.

What do the crystals do? I understand chakras but not how the crystals relate to your chakra.. Also do you do any energy work to tune your chakras

@semiconscience1 they are EMF protectors for one but the crystals are also infused with Quartz Crystal and tuned to the frequency of love 528HZ. I haven't done any energy work to tune my chakras aside from mindful meditation.

@RawSangha Funy how the Universe works. I have a book called the Chakra Bible . I randomly opened it up and it wen tto a page explainig exactl y about the crystal. I says it helps with energy flow within the body. Syncronicity
