@hallelujahkurtnilsen what he's saying has nothing to do with why he's cracking up actually. The point is that Harald Rønneberg's laughs all the time so Thomas Numme (the one who's trying to talk) finds it hard to focus on the interview. That's why Harald has to sit in the guest sofa with his back turned so Thomas won't see him, but it didn't seem to have any effect now did it ;)
