Sorry But i would like to ask where the NAACP or all the REVS.? Sorry but i think that its because a black man shot another black man!! So i think you might want to ask yourself where is the justice in that? If this was a white man who shot a black man they would be marching all the way to the Montgomery County Courthouse!!! Something to think about!!!! Risa Ferman only makes her decsions based on the investigation from local and state authorities. So i guess the evidence was not supported!!!

I didn't hear anything about McNair being a drug dealer in that tape. It sounds like there was an argument about the dog. Doesn't sound like McNair wasn't shot because he was a drug dealer - or that Simmons was only defending himself.

Please. The tape "proves" nothing - and McNair was a violent, drug dealing thug who (ultimately) got what he had coming.
