I don't think that's true because Kurt Angle made Kane tap out on Smackdown a few years before the kane-Benoit feud. Kane was in the Ankle Lock for a good 5-8 mins. Plus Jericho made him tap out in 2000-1 with the walls of Jericho but this wasn't in a match.
