  • @nxlife Nice comment - the next time i am in the one armed snatch contest I will make sure to not press them out for fear of getting 3 reds LOL Oh yeah - this is just an odd lift to throw into the training routine to mix things up a bit. But I should take your comment to heart as I am petitioning the Olympic committee to make it an official event for the next Olympics ;)

  • It probably isn't my place either but your are right Gaur. Not a true snatch, but its still a great workout even with a little bit of pressing.

  • It's seriously not my place to criticize...but aren't you pressing put your right arm for the lift? So what you're doing is not a "strict" one arm snatch...

  • The one arm snatch is easily my favorite lift. lol. Mainly because even if you do a light weight, people always think it's great. Good job bro. Wish I could do that much. All I can do is about 100 lbs, maybe 110. I did 95 once in front of my weightlifting class and they all thought it was amazing, lol.

  • Thanks bro - I have snatched 275 and cleaned 385 in the past but my olympic lifting form is god awful.
