I remember a similar case in my neighborhood when I was a child, three never married with no children women fed dogs, all of them scabies, and no matter the complaind of the neighbors they did it till they die.
OK, I just the article too, and I think you actually have a goldmine in your hands and you don't know it: this would make an EXCELLENT movie script (with good imagination, plot, and good actors) to speak about the psychopathologies of modern societies and local governemnts. You should write a good script and become a millionaire man!!
well, rats have a soul too (if they were cats or dogs or birds would you make it such an issue? no, because they would be fluffy and cute despite the fact that stray cats and dogs carry diseases and rabies too and bird may transmit bird flu). So, they shouldn't deserve to be fed like other animals?? We humans are funny many times...
Oh shut up, nobody said rats don't deserve to be fed. Hell yes they would make an issue if it were cats or dogs, they make an issue out of any overpopulation of diseased animal. Read the damn article, there are at least hundreds of thousands of these rats next door to them, coming onto their property, where they have 2 small children. Are you saying you wouldn't mind rats in your home? If you wouldn't then you are just as crazy as those old twin bitches.
dude, you got SETIOUS anger management issues and I suggest you see a therapist ASAP! If you cannot understand irony when it is being made, it is not the fault of others if your mental capacity is so low that you can only project unecessary anger and not intelligence. When you get on prozac to calm you down, and you'll be able to converse politely, come and address me again, Until then, fuck off!
I grew up in the Palisades in the alphabet streets and my mom still lives in the alphabets on Hartzell. If you sit in any back yard at night and look up you can see the rats running along the wires and in the trees...it is soooo gross and creepy. Great article in the L.A Weekly. That was definitely the house we avoided on Halloween...it was creepy then and still is.
gross..wow that sucks... I definately don't live in a nice area like pacific palisades...but damn..at least we don't have rats..I hope they get the help they need to get rid of that infestation

They bought a $1.8 million dollar home and decided not to have a home inspection prior to closing on the deal?

They bought the home and had an inspection, however the rats were at the neighbors home.

I just read the article and was amazed. Amazed the the city let this go on. Amazed that State Farm has to defend the twins.
