The pharmaceutical companies are as much in the "drug pushing" business as anyone else is but without a level playing field, marijuana advocates don't stand a chance.
I'm for leveling the field and increasing the warnings on prescription drugs, to match the stigma that the misleading government has put on marijuana.

i don't see why this is even a discussion...legalization of marijuana (not just medical but recreational) would erase the national debt. It's far less dangerous than alcohol. It's all tobacco and alcohol lobbyists who pay lots of money to get legislators to vote against legalization. You know what those politicians do with that money? BUY WEED AND GET HIGH!!! It was then re-legalized after tim leary got caught for possession and took his case to supreme court saying the law was unconstitutional and then Nixon Re-illegalized it in im not sure of the year but thats what happened
And it wasnt illegal in 1937 it just made it to where you needed license to get it but you needed marijuana in hand so therefore you criminalized yourself so technically illegal but not what they called it
