I've heard this advice before. However, I've noticed that it doesn't seem to address if it still applies to specially-designed vehicles (like the Gibbs Aquada). Basically, I wonder "does this advice still apply despite the amphibious capabilities of such a vehicle?"
they made a law in arizona that gives you a fine for driving purposely through a flooded road its known officialy as the "stupid motorists law" not a lie.
