You rock!!! I'm learning fingerstyle guitar right now.. I was wondering.. Whenever I watch fingerstyle songs, the left hand doesn't move that much, but when I watch someone playing electric guitar, they move their left hand every note. Why is that???
Just want to say thanks for your tuition postings. I bought a folk picking dvd some moths ago and found it much harder to follow than your tuition. many thanks.
Practicing, playing, and making up some of these fingerstyle patterns is some of the most fun I've had on guitar in a long time. Thanks for these lessons Justin, I would love to see more.
@rubberpuppetlover well I just made it loads better and added heaps of stuff including travis picking, chord melody playing and adding hammers and flicks - check out the Folk area of the web site!!
dude i think your awsome and you've realy helped me out ive learnd so much and i realy apreachate it and i was wondering if you could teach me and every one else is a song by a band call superbus and the song is called radio song and i think you'll like the song alot to so it would be great if you could teach us this song
hm.. everybody who's ever played some songs like Tears in Heaven, Stairway to Heaven is able to play it. It isnt anything difficult. Anyway, This video is showin a good practice for someone who hasnt played the guitar by the fingers. It's well worth watching ;p
are you fucking retarded. Of course it's easy shit for brains. He's teaching novices. Your jealousy is palpable. He'd kick your ass at any style of playing. What's the matter you still mad yer living with your mom at 40? Shut the fuck up until i say otherwise.
Thank you so much. I felt like I was there with you. You have helped me greatly. Bless you. Now I WILL replay and practice practice. You're a sweetie for posting this. You look natural and cute, like a wanna have a drink with ya! Keep the lessons coming!
Hey, nice job. Your dydactic scills are great. Easy to follow, but not to slow. Good riffs.... When is your next lesson out? Gimmy more lessons!! Please?
hey, what's the name of that song that you play in the end? It's from Neil Young, right? I heard you playing it in another video (in the key of G, I guess)

great lesson, but what are some patterns for a D chord or any chord starting on the D string
CaptainAmerica7770 2 years ago
Just do a root 5 A-shape bar chord at the 5th fret.
; )
Deddinsyde 2 years ago
Or you could just use an open D chord with an A (5th string) as the bass - D/A.
Deddinsyde 2 years ago
how about creating your own stuff as he told you ;D
