love how the intro on this one had the whole home movie montage like in those flashbacky i'm about to die of cancer movies feel. it kind of added to it in a little twisted way.
I really would have loved to have seen this with blood. Like humorous amounts of blood. Buckets of it. The surgeon wearing gloves so soaked in blood that when he moved his hands to talk to the sister she got splashed with her brother's blood.
