The song may actually be about infidelity, but the video makes me think that the man in the video is revealing that he's HIV positive, or something equally intense. I don't know. It just seems like he loves her, and she seems so angry, hurt, and heartbroken - yet they stay together. I could be way off, but that's what art is for - to interpret it for yourself. And this video definitely qualifies as art. It probably really is just about cheating, but I like to think of it the other way.
