It's actual Minimal HUD / Minimal UI, which is built into the game, I believe it's in something on Multiplayer Advanced in the Options.

This reminds me of one particular Dustbowl game when my team was being beaten brutally. The defending team was raping us near our spawn, and we couldn't capture any points. Luckily for my team, I was being a noob and camped near the last point the whole game (I know, i was useless. Sue me), when suddenly my team got the 2nd last point. I capped the last point right afterwards, the defending team completely blown away at the speed of the capture. The enemy team was all at my base :P. Good times.
