Yeah, I understand that but still they are not in Korea. The best way I think is approach it positively and not assume fans here are going to react like fans in Korea. So I still believe approach each country positively opened minded and not jaded by some insane fans.

I think the reason why they don't respond is because of anti-fans. They have to stay on guard with that kind of stuff, especially after Yunho's incident.

Yeah, the accent that they were using to say their names was a little off. Like, with Junsu especially, I noticed a lot of people saying "Junsu" with the o in "hot" sound, when it's really joooonsoooo. So, they were basically saying John-soo. :P

Wow...this video really upsets me...Michael Jackson arguably one of the best entertainers of our time at the very least acknowledges his fans...maybe it's the cultural differences but they really need to understand that the fans who support them through thick and thin are the foundation of their careers. Another thing to consider is that they're very much trained to ignore this. They've been put in dangerous situations with crowded fans before. They're tired. They're around people who don't speak Korean and can hardly pronounce their names. Sure there's the whole "fans come from fame" thing, but come on. They've been doing this for years. It gets old after a while. The fact that they didn't wave really doesn't alter my opinion of them much. I'd do the same.

yea but in korea, if a star waved at them when the fans are really close to them, they go even more crazy and try to get even closer to dbsk whisch is dangerous
therefore DBSK is just used to the krn ways. When they're on stage and a little far away from fans, they wave and smile but when they are near they keep their distance, otherwise the fans follow them EVERYWHERE

Yeah, I understand that but still they are not in Korea. The best way I think is approach it positively and not assume fans here are going to react like fans in Korea. So I still believe approach each country positively opened minded and not jaded by some insane fans.

the 'camera' here does not mean your personal cam/vid cam but refers to broadcasting cameras. you've seen how they act when in front of 'broadcasting' cameras. waaayyy different with how they act in this vid clip. is it too much to just turn around to wave or smile? why the different treatment? are these fans less important? once again, i'd like very much to hear 'their' response to this double standard treatment rather than from others. unless, you are one of them boys..which i doubt it.

I think the reason why they don't respond is because of anti-fans. They have to stay on guard with that kind of stuff, especially after Yunho's incident.
Anyways, I think the fans handled it nicely. Gave them lots of space too. However that girl at the end who kept calling JJ was kind of annoying lol He isn't going turn around lady~

as i see it, you guys did all the right thing; welcoming the boys, kept your distance, calling out (not screaming on top of yer lungs)their names nicely. i, would've turned to see where that lovely 'welcome, hi..' voice is coming from. but then, as usual, the 'tvxq cold treatment'. i agree with those who said that the boys should have responded with a smile or a wave. and i wish some of u will stop making excuses esp 'they're tired', for the boys.let them explain whatever problem they have.

Yeah, the accent that they were using to say their names was a little off. Like, with Junsu especially, I noticed a lot of people saying "Junsu" with the o in "hot" sound, when it's really joooonsoooo. So, they were basically saying John-soo. :P

Wow...this video really upsets me...Michael Jackson arguably one of the best entertainers of our time at the very least acknowledges his fans...maybe it's the cultural differences but they really need to understand that the fans who support them through thick and thin are the foundation of their careers. Without the U.S fans what would the point be in performing in the states? To gain more fans to ignore?...Please improve on this aspect DBSK, too many have waited to long to be ignored.

they go to many different countries and each fancam you can see they act the same, i think that's just a rule for how they should act. just coming to america shouldn't change that, probably they were surprised the number of fans who found out where they were going to stay, probably even happy

I don't think they can. If they turned and waved whenever people asked them to they'd never get anywhere. And asking for a smile turns into asking for a picture, turns into asking for an autograph. It probably becomes a circus. I'm secure in Dbsk's love for their fans. (Besides, they aren't the same person. If it were just being tired or snobby wouldn't one or two of them have waved? What are the chances that they are ALL stuck up?)

Another thing to consider is that they're very much trained to ignore this. They've been put in dangerous situations with crowded fans before. They're tired. They're around people who don't speak Korean and can hardly pronounce their names. Sure there's the whole "fans come from fame" thing, but come on. They've been doing this for years. It gets old after a while. The fact that they didn't wave really doesn't alter my opinion of them much. I'd do the same.
