Wow a 5.4 with a supercharger how can u show off something u dont even have. I have a chevy Silverado with the 6.0 liter V8 Turuck Costed me 9 thousand If I Cammed It Tuned It And Supercharged it it would cost about 6 or 7 thousand more it would gain about 200- 250 hp While that Truck retails At 45 thousand dollars mine twice as fast and it only cos 14 thousand thats why chevy are better than fords

they limit this truck at 105mph because it comes stock with 20's. they couldn't find a tire to fit those rims that was speed and load rated for over a 105 mph. at least that's what they said in fast fords. also this truck is purely intended for the 1/4 mile. it's a muscle truck not a sport truck like the LIGHTNING. also if you throw a set of 18's on it with z rated tires and use a programmer to override the top end limiter, they say it could reach 140. they had a big write up on it back in 07.

I happen to like this truck and it looks nice also. A few months back I raced a mildly modified Ford Lightning. This kid thought he could beat anything because it was supercharged. Regardless I have a WS6 TA and showed him what a bone stock LS1 at the time could do. I embarassed him and was 5 car lengths ahead by the end of second gear. Regarless a truck will never be a car and a car will never be a truck but they both have their strong points. Im sure this truck will do great.

You would be surprised how well these trucks handle for being near 5800 lbs..i just installed the same suspension, used on this truck, on my cammed 05 F150 and it is night and day how much better it drives...I can do 130 mph and still have great stability. And the stock brakes are actually pretty good, though I replaced mine with slotted rotors bc of the higher speeds. Oh, and even with all the stuff I have done to my truck (u can see on my youtube page) i can get 20 MPG at 60 MPH.

I agree. My truck only puts down 280 rwhp, but has 340 rwtq and it can do 0-60 in about 6 secs. HP is a number that tells you how much tq the motor makes at a certain RPM. The more tq you have at a higher RPM, the more HP it makes.
