  • Love, love this meatloaf! Your a great cook!

  • @miside1 My kids even enjoyed it!

  • talking too much not good to watch

  • you're cute! :)

  • i love your Videos.... i love the way you do everything and how you explain it... i´m from Venezuela and all the ingredients are not avaliable here.. but i do try to do everything the same way... amazing all...

  • I started watching your videos a few minutes ago, and since the first video, I knew you were Italian without you even saying anything about it.

You're super pretty, by the way. :)

  • I don't like all the egg and bread crumbs to make the meat grow bigger, you miss the pureness. Like making a milkshake. Some like banana, some strawberries, some like chocolate. When you all mix them together, you can't really taste the banana, also can't really taste strawberry etc. Some onions.. next to the meat make it catch a little more flavour.. ok. I love a hamburger with a slice of salami and cheese on top. From now on that's called the Brulluhburger.

  • good stuff, i like to add a bit of cilantro

  • I want to make one TODAY. looking at them makes me hungry

  • mmm im gone make this to morowe with mashed potatoes, veggies, and a good sauce .....thanks for sharing :)

  • my grandma says turkey in the meatloaf comes out softer and better than beef...she says beef turns tough when making meatloaf. Dont know if thats true.

  • My mom uses cottage cheese in her turkey meatloaf. NOM.

  • whats with the greek music if your italian!

  • @laura199212098 I'd call it mediterranean music. Why can't she choose the music she wants though? :)

  • Looks like Pulpeta!!

  • Hmm could I please

As u why THE FUCK THERS AN EGG IN UR

MEATLOAF.I mean it's jus there. The the meatloaf has an eye or something

  • @singergurl10o0 Meatloaf in the US is usually made with several eggs and bread chunks. Italians do it with hard boiled eggs instead of just cracking them into the meat and mixing it. It's a filler either way that you do it.

  • Omg! I love your recipes. You make me want to cook. And you're from Jersey :)

  • youre so crazy to add anything, but u make everyrecipe perfectly great !

  • Laura Vitale, this recipe is to die for!!! I've just finished cooking it and I am enjoying it sooo much! thanks for sharing.Greetings from paris!

  • @emrodotcom you are not in paris

  • @fuzzysae86 and why the hell couldn't I be in Paris? I have always lived in Paris, c'est quoi ton problème? et tu voudrais que je sois où peut-être? Non mais je rêve...

  • @emrodotcom ?????????? Quoi???

  • I'm Starving

  • Awesome!

You can use, instead of salame, mortadella...

  • Awesome!

  • That's a great idea to put some milk! I also take some old bread, "wash" it to become soft and put it with the egg. It makes the turkey more like a dough so it is easier for me to close it. :-)

  • I'm just wondering how much turkey you need.. because the recipe says 1/2 pound, but it looks like you're using 1 pound in stead of a 1/2 pound..... i want to make this for tonight..

  • you're my fave chef on youtube!!! >D

  • Can you make cinnamon pancakes for a mother's day special? Please?

  • that not meatloaf thats a meatball

  • @letsgomets002 u must be blind

  • Hey, the milk binds everything togehter :)

  • Ha! I know what we are having for dinner tonight ;)

  • Can someone tell me the names of the cheese??wh

  • laura i think if u used a meatloaf pan it might look better ;)

  • @omar390z If she did that she wouldn't have the "crispy ends";) But good thought, I personally prefer mine in a pan too.

  • Can we make this recipe without the hard boiled eggs?

  • @RobertTruex11 yes u can ... at the end ull be the one eating the food ...

  • I love her accent. Usually cooks accents drive me nuts but hers is so cute

  • mmm you are gorgeous!!

  • Just Awesome!!

  • This may sound strange, but we add capers and raisins to our meatloaf. My mom is from Central America and it is common to do it there. I love the idea of adding the hard boiled eggs to the middle. I will definitely try that next time. Thank you.

  • what does her apron mean?

  • @romanticprincess8888 it means shut up and eat statti

  • @jceci08 better when u say "Just shut up and eat" ^^ lol

  • @moofeyy I add chopped pickles and carrots (and chop the eggs too to make a good mixture) - it tastes delicious!

  • i threw a bunch of pitted olives in mine it gave it flavor

  • @moofeyy put mozzarella chees in it

  • @moofeyy you can just omit them or put in more cheese or something.

  • @moofeyy we make it without eggs

you can put anything you want in it, just don't forget the meat hahha :P ENJOY!!

  • i dont eat beef or pork so what do you recommend as a substitute for the salami?

  • @crazybajagirl this is a such thing as chicken or turkey salami
