B Insults get you nowhere and just give musical people a bad reputation. Look at all the references in media to the arrogant music critic or concert goer that's an ass to everyone.

C Music history and theory isn't always standard curriculum - it wasn't required at my school, for example.

D I haven't the time to look, but I'm sure there's at least a few composers imitating Mozart.

E Just relax; enjoy the music.
