for this you need to go to start >> right click on my computer >> choose advanced system settings tab on left side >> then choose the first settings >> then its will popup the visual effects if its checked on adjust for best performance then change it to let windows choose what's best for my computer or the second one adjust for best appearance then hit apply then ok
click on alt-shift & print screen , "lef alt & shift" then click on yes
