@VideoCatFreak I don't think you understand... This is a registered nfa item. Can only be bought with a background check, 6 month waiting period and $200 tax stamp. Although the kit is not a firearm itself it is still considered a SBR due to the usable stock.

I would be tremendously interested, but have concerns with legality here in Canada. I wonder if, by using this conversion kit, it would fall into a different category, and instead of being viewed as a handgun it would be viewed as a rifle. In Canada, even with a Restricted P.A.L., I don`t think it would be legal to have a "rifle" with such a short barrel. Does this conversion kit alter the mechanical function of the pistol, or is it simply an external shroud? Please let me know. Thanks.

The price is $399 plus another $200 to the ATF for registration, so $599. I think I would rather just keep my pistol as is and put that money towards an AR-15.

@bmurph2003 I like the Glock - love the conversion kit. But you are correct... put that $599 towards an AR - a gun meant to actually do this job. You can get a Kel-Tec SB-2000 which takes Glock mags for under $300.

This conversion kit turns your pistol into an SBR (short barreled rifle) which has to have a tax stamp from and registered with the ATF. Now, who likes the ATF?

@94Thatguy There are many reasons why - go on our website to learn it. but in few words, not everyone can have SMG – i.e sports shooters all over the world. &, in many cases you would like to leave the SMG behind with no worries & carry your pistol with you. For example, VIP protectors, police officers & so on. Not to mention that it is far lighter, much more ergonomic & far cheaper than any SMG (such MP5), but yet stands for the same goals up to 100 meters (the relevant range for 9mm ammo)

Within seconds, you can get into deep crap w/ the ATF and asinine short barreled rifle (NFA) laws.

I imagine that to use this in the US legally, you'd need to first spend $200, engrave your name+city+state on the pistol, and file a Form-1 to register your pistol as a Short Barreled rifle with the ATF's NFA office.

This is why we need more liberty from these goofy US gun-laws.

dont get this unless you are willing to register your pistol as an SBR! putting a stock of any kind onto a pistol legaly makes it a short barreled rifle. it requires a proper form to be submitted and PASSED along with a 200 dollar tax to be legal BEFORE you buy the parts.
