I haven't been jumped by 7 but by 3 and you really don't stand a chance when trying to fight multiple people unless your just that overwhelming but most aren't. TIP: if you ever get jumped by multiple people you have to focus on one individual and latch on and try not to let go and do as much damage as you possibly can. taking out ones vision will greatly help you further in the fight and nut shots are also very effective even biting is a useful tactic if your removing large chunks of flesh
