I would even say that its bouncy rhythm and Mick's vocals ushered in the dawn of Rap. To me it's Rock + Rap + great riff to boot - one of the greatest songs in history. I wouldn't trade it for Get Off of My Cloud although the latter is an awesome song in its own right.
