@acusticblue1 sorry a may have come across wrong there the web does not use zoom its blocks up but the 12 reflector takes great video but this is a good high res vid you have done ,moon boil does not help lol i look forward to ur other vids

i find the 8se for about $1200 which isnt as bad as i thought it would be! but what all did you spend on eye pieces, video exc?

Thanks openyouremind ! don't throw away the boxes put some small pieces of (tangle tape) (hope its the right word for it) on the opening it works great

@bosb33r just to let you know my celestron arrived today but my Celestron NexImage CCD Color Imager wont get here till next week but i suppose it will give me chance to get to grips with the controls and so forth anyway when i get some videos up and running i will post them to you for youre valued opinion
