Rest assured, all my tutorials and walkthrus are genuine gameplay. Its all about decent planning and reasearch before making the video. For example, when I make a tutorial for a quest, I first play it thru couple of times before recording the footage, so I know what to do and where to go. Thats the point it being a tutorial. Casual gameplay footage is different.

U should learn the game before calling someone a cheater. With Grim Reaper's Sprint perk your AP is maxed back when u make a kill in VATS.

Trust me: all my tutorials are console command free. Check my channel, I have some other Fo3 and NV videos as well.

Not possible. In vanilla game there simply isnt the required data files for Overlords, so its completely impossible to have them.

Only if u have the GOTY edition (which has all add-on files included) its possible.

Otherwise, you are mistaken.

@haycm001 No, it was Lincoln's Repeater not lincons repeater. It's not even the right gun. The game model is a Henry Rifle, but it's supposed to be a Spencer Rifle.

1.) Small Guns skill (or any other required weapon skill) at 100, SPECIALs at 10, weapon condition at full, right perks. Read my character creation guide in my channel info

2.) The perk Grim Reaper's Sprint refills ur AP when u get a kill in VATS
