  • which methods did u use of marie mongan? (im currently reading her book). Just wondering which of her visualisations and breathing methods you used?

  • I had my baby in May using hypnobirthing methods... and I fell asleep between contractions too! I had a 9lb 10oz posterior baby with no meds and I only needed one stitch! It wasn't easy.. but it wasn't really that hard either.. right after she was born I wanted to have another one! LOL! Good job momma!
