  • As a vegetarian I'm glad to see they don't waste anything they appreciate every single ounce of the animal that gives them sustenance to live .

  • Margaret, your perspective is always a source of fascination. This is a market where meat is literally becoming meat, as we watch. With assorted parts laying around here and there. Far removed from the decadent American super market where it's all plastic wrapped and filed in display cases with a price and a name, long since detached from the animal it once belonged to.

    I do believe there are people in current generations who are unaware of how that happens.
