  • Lisa you are so inspiring with all of your knowledge and techniques. Thank you. I am a Make-up artist currently living in Rome Italy. Do you mind me asking where you studied?

  • "Higgeldy Piggeldy" What a phrase ;D

  • i actually wear my mascara like this quite alot. i think it makes you look rly wide-eyed and fresh. definitely makes sense for what you were going for on the shoot. its amazing how something as simple as mascara can be so pretty and transforming. great tutorial lisa :)

  • ok, i REALLY love your nail polish color on this video!!! what is it??

  • Wow, that's some serious lash job :) I imagine this is where you REALLY need a long wear, no smudge mascara... Mine would be all over my face in no time.

I'm so glad to see Bobbi Brown Stone for on eyes - great all-purpose shade, I love it! I'm really into cream shadows (thanks to your quick smoky eye vid :) ) and I'm tempted to get this one, too.

    Thanks for the tutorial!

  • This spikey lash look reminds me a bit of the Twiggy Mod look from the sixties. Very unique in her time.

  • In the picture of emma it looks like her eye makeup is kind of a magenta colour, why did you do brown eyeshadow? :(

  • your eyes are so gorgeous!!!

  • In the photos it looks like she is wearing pink eyeliner/eyeshadow. Where did the pink tint come from?

  • EMMA WATSON OMG I LOVE HER OK NIOEGFNDPNFOS

  • omg you did her make-up? wow...

  • You are soo pretty!!:DDDD

  • You have an amazing eyes! Beautiful look :)

  • certo bravissima, ma non c'è un minimo di contatto umano! forse è troppo professionale...ecco. Manca di spontaneità...

  • I think the shirt is sold out :( I checked the top shop online. Too bad bc I absolutely love the top....too bad we dont have the store in Canada.

  • Lovely make up, but even lovelier top! May I ask where it's from? :)

  • very natural look, for everyday

  • I.cant.believe.you.did.make.up.on.emma.friggin.watson!!!! Omg :O

  • @XxLi3rose123xX I think they do becuase I was looking at a list of companies that don't try them on animals and Lancome wasn't in it :/

  • @astridzavala11 :'( Thanks for telling me

  • OMG I can't believe I never saw a youtube vid of you, until now! Can't believe I never ''discovered' you! And you did Emma's makeup? SUBSCRIBED 4 LIFE!

  • i looked into suqqu brushes...and they are sooooooooooooo expensive. like 400 dollars for a cheek brush.

  • I find that when I put mascara on my bottom lashes it looks very weird... and I don't know why. I don't know if it's because they are so small and maby sparse... what can I do to make it look better? Love Jenn<3

  • Do Lancome test their products on animals? :S

  • @XxLi3rose123xX yes they do =(

  • this look makes you look 10 years younger, it looks amazing on you!!!

  • Lol. In a way, I find that Emma will look like you when she's older...you both have the same face shape

  • am i the only one who think emma watson looks like a petit garcon?

  • what foundation did you use on her?

  • How did you establish yourself as a celebrity makeup artist? Could you please make a video about it because I would love to do what you are doing someday. I just don't know how I would do that...

    Thanks :)

  • Is that bourjois foundation photograph friendly? Love your work as always, Lisa :) xxx

  • i can't believe you did emma watson's makeup. hahah thats amazingg! love you x

  • That looks really good! I wish I don't wear glasses now! and uhh, not sensitive to soft lenses as well!

  • There was this one part on this vid where I could tell that the Suqqu face brush felt soo good on ur tired, hungover face, it almost put u to sleep! Just for one second I could see this look on ur face like, "aahhhh that's nice." LOL. Lisa, u rock. XX from the States

  • @christi4200 ha! You're right X

  • I love how you break down how to apply the look and give tips to make it work for anyone. Love the way you also show products and brushes you use to pull the look together. Thank you so much for taking that much time. I am so happy I found your channel. :)

  • I'm using this Japanese masacara called Dolly Wink Mascara by Tsubasa and it works beautifully on my lashes! i have really thin lashes :( but this mascara make it really long and thick..There's two type for dolly wink mascara; longer and thicker. I used BOTH of them (and it doesn't smudge!) Maybe you should try these mascara and make a review :)

  • Lisa i have really really dry flaky skin and i'm on low budget. what would you recommend as a foundation that gonna help my skin?

  • @agigitygoo123 if its very flaky a tinted moisturiser will work better than a foundation as it wont highlight the dryness... these days you can find really good drugstore high street ones (like No7) x

  • This is such a beautiful makeup look!

  • lisa! i just went to london last weekend and bought 3 of your no 7 nude lip pencil! i must say i love it! haha. thank you for continuing to put up videos and sharing your expertise with us. i know you don't have to. please don't ever stop posting videos! i learn so much from you! was actually hoping to bump into you when i was in london. btw the look looks gorgeous on you :) <3

  • Gorgeous

  • How cute is your top, is your top, how-cute-is-your-top!!!

  • Hi Lisa,

I like the look and you're really professional but your videos late are beginning to seem emotionless and less passionate. You hardly smile and it makes you seem snobby.

  • What foundation did you use on emma?

  • Oh my goodness I LOVE your nail colour! What is it?!?

  • hi miss lisa., do you use drugstore makeup like covergirl and max factor?..

  • This is a really beautiful look! Thank you for showing us how you did it!

  • i don't know why, but ema looks like an old lady with the lips fading away a bit and the haircut ooh i can't tell but it's disturbing!

  • @MosMaPrishGjumin i think thats because she actually did it. thats what i got from the very beginning where she says today i am gonna do the look that i did on emma watson. she is a real professional makeup artist to the stars. she says in some of her videos and she was just in the u.s elle magazine. i think it was elle.

but i might be totally wrong maybe she didnt do this on emma watson at all. and she was just spot on(:

  • Lisa would you recommend the Lancome Eclat Miracle over the BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl, which do you prefer?

  • @balljointeddoll I like both as they are quite different. The Becca one has more pearl in it so gives a stronger highlight (although still very beautifully polished). Whereas the Lancome one is very subtle with less pearl, although you can build it if you want x

  • Hello Lisa, Can Please Review the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation ?

  • @MsEeem3 I really like it, I must use it more in tutorials x

  • the collagen-activ bronzer from Dior is not available anymore... anyone knows if it the same shade as the Dior original bronzer in 002 ?

  • @Lin0ute It should be yes. I hadnt realized they were discontinued, shame because the texture was amazingly soft and silky x

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom thanks a lot for your quick answer :) yes Dior powders are very soft and much more creamy compared to other brands ! I will try the original version as I am looking for a good bronzer for pale skin x

  • So YOUR the one making Emma look good!

  • macbarbie

  • Wow you worked with Rankin! I just know him from Germany's Next Topmodel .. haha.

  • you are so beautiful !

  • could you do a tutorial for hooded eyes? i have so much trouble doing my makeup :(

  • love this!

  • For Photo's should I avoid using the BB Creams with sunscreen?

  • @foxxyangel40 depends how high the SPF is? x

  • hi lisa! could you please do a make up tutorial on chinese monolid eyes? it would be really helpful! thanks a lot!

  • i like what your brows are doing at 8:32

  • Is that your natural hair ? :))

  • Love this video, but I really loved the nail color. Who makes it and what is that color called?

  • Hello, Lisa! I was wondering where you got that lovely top :)

  • Lisa, I was really interested in the Lancome lipstick, but when I went to look at it on Lancome's website, it shows that the Beige Tulle color is number 209, rather than 202. Just thought you'd like to know! Love this look! ;)

  • oh my!!! you look exactly like Natalie Portman!!! Like her sister!!!

  • I have such a major Brush envy :) You look amazing as always.. one question, do you recommend eclat miracle for Indian skin tones ? Thank you for answering LIsa.. xoxo

  • i'm sorry to ask something which is not linked to the akeup BUT i'm absolutely obsessed by your two bluish-greenish rings Lisa! What are these ??? Love them!

Congrats for your job, always a pleasure to watch you ;)

  • this is very pretty

  • you are so beautiful :) you look like keira knightley

  • I've been told I look like Emma before so I thought I should definitely try this. I wore it today and found it very wearable; I even wore an acid yellow shadow on the lid. Very doll-like and very pretty - Thank you, Lisa :D

  • Lisa do you make alone your hair at your videos? Cause i LOVE them!

    PS: I LOVE YOU too..!

  • Lisa, thanks so much for your super quick answers. Undoubtly, you are

an amazing and great professional. I think I need to get used to them but

everyday their usage is a little bit easier. I will watch you again using

    these brushes in your videos.

Anyway, I am not from London, so I can´t refund the eyeshadows.

    Best wishes.

    María from Murcia. Spain

  • This is going to sound weird, but you have a beautiful forehead lol

  • Of course Emma Watson is beautiful, but so are you, Lisa! You are gorgeous!

  • I have to find a way to work "higgledy piggledy" into my daily life.

  • Emma Watson and Lisa Eldridge. My favorite actress and my favorite makeup artist working together. Too cool.

  • The sign of a REAL guru...many people make their videos "Emma Watson Inspired tutorial", whereas you are the one who MADE the original look on Emma Watson herself! FANTASTIC!

  • @NikkiB622 well, of course other gurus have not done the makeup on the real person.

  • @NikkiB622 sorry to post again. but she deff did this on emma watson. she mentions it many times throughout the video. but she is awesome and she is one of my favorite gurus!

  • @NikkiB622 she doesn't like the term 'guru'. she prefers to be called a makeup artist. other than that, you're totally right!

  • OMG. The cover reminds me of Twiggy for some reason

  • Hey, I love your videos, but I was wondering what you have to do to keep your freckles showing after applying foundation (or getting a perfect skin). i saw that you managed to do that with emma and since i have a simular skin i was wondering if you had any tips?

  • This totally blew my mind!!! YOU DID EMMA WATSON's Makeup!?!!?! I would die of anxiety and excitement if that ever happened to me. It's been my life dream to become a makeup artist but I never imagined doing makeup on a celebrity. I love Emma Watson So much!!!! You did a beautiful job! <3 <3 <3

  • I also bought eyeshadows palettes 2 and 6 (I have got brown eyes and hair) and I am Suqu foundation 30 with combination skin. I think 2 is nice, but texture of 6 is so weird.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, TELL ME ANYTHING. I remind you I am not a MUA, I am a Secondary School teacher who loves make up.

I FOLLOW YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS A LOT.

    THANKS YOU VERY MUCH.

    KIND REGARDS.

    MARIA.

  • I mean, I am used to Mac 217, and this one seems to be better to difuse colour over my entire mobile eyelid. Even, the blush brush by Nars (Yachiyo?) seem to be better to extend the blusher.

I love Suqqu brushes, but I think I need some sort of advice from (I watch all your tutorials) because sometimes I think I have wasted my money.

    (THIRD PART)

  • Anyway, I got a little bit crazy and I bought Suqqu brushes, the cheek and blush ones, and also the large, medium and small sizes of eyeshadow brushes. In addition to this, the angled eyeliner brush.

They are the softest brushes I have ever tried, however I feel not so sure about them, that is, the cheek and blush ones are OK, but the eyeshadow brushes are difficult for me to manage.

    (SECOND PART)

  • @MrLopezgeles Hi Maria, The cheek brush and blusher brush are one and the same thing are they not? I really love using the cheek brush and use mine for blusher and powdering when I need to use a smaller powder brush. Suqqu dont make a version of Mac 217 brush so its still necessary to use this brush. I find their brushes are great for smudging lines, doing more exact socket work and the bigger brush is good for big soft blending on the eyes. Sorry you are having a hard time with them. cont...

  • @MrLopezgeles I mainly use Eyeshadow S and M in my work and I love both brushes. I use them on all my make-up jobs. The large brush I use only for finishing off ... final blending as its great for softening everything down on the yes. The only eyeshadow brush of Suqqu I dont like or use is F. I think they are very different most most brushes on the market as they are so soft and pliable and can take a bit of getting used to. cont

  • @MrLopezgeles I have never used their angled eye brush as I prefer a non angled brush for lining. I hope that helps and I'm sure, if you are having problems with the eyeshadow, you can return it. Do you live in London? x

  • Hi Lisa, This is my second writing to you. I am María from Spain. I just want to tell you it is a pleasure for me to watch your tutorials.

I wonder whether we are going to watch the selected coloured prize from Suqqu (I can't remember now the name of the winner). I am looking forward to knowing what you have chosen for her.

    (FIRST PART)

  • Wow i can't believe i've actually found a professional makeup artist in such a long time!!! Really loving ur tutorials... naturally. And now for requests :-p hehe

I'm not very lucky with requests... but i'll shoot away. I really love cheryl cole Xfactor 2010 makeup looks. especially gold looks as they will suit my brown eyes etc. Can you plzplzplz do a few for me?

  • @lovemakeup786 I do have a Cheryl Cole Cover Look Video from when i did her make-up for Elle. Its more smokey grey/ black than gold but you might like it. I will probably do more gold looks nearer Christmas. I dont do many copy cat look videos as I prefer to make videos of make-up looks I have actually done on celebrities myself X

  • wow i didnt even know eyebrow gloss existed XD

  • I wish i could like this video more than one time. Lisa, you are so beautiful!

  • I really like this look Lisa, as always you did a great great work! xx

  • You are beautiful!

  • Nice that you are also on Youtube, as your own website is not accessible :-) Your own website returns a message that a script is causing the computer to running slow and do I want to continue. But even if I choose "No" all Explorer windows have frosen and need to be shut down and restarted.

  • @kindlemore thanks so much for letting me know... I'm looking into it (as someone also mentioned it yesterday) and hope to have it fixed asap X

  • @kindlemore Chrome or firefox are all so much better than Internet Explorer. Explorer is actually really bad just to let you know.

  • You look so pretty!

  • i love your rings

  • woah so you actually did Emma's makeup?! that's awesome!! :) :)

  • @beckyluuwho yes, if you like this type of video I also have 'My Cheryl Cole Cover' and 'My Nichole Ritchie Cover Look' videos X

  • You still look stunning even if you are not Emma. Great vid, Thanks for all you do.

  • Hi Lisa - love your videos! Should the lash primer be wet or dry when you apply the mascara? I've wondered about this forever. Thanks so much for this look!! xx

  • You got to meet Emma Watson??? Your soooo lucky. She's like my hero !! :(

The makeup is beautiful !! :))

  • Beautiful look, so enjoyed it.

  • ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! - How better to learn how to re-do this look than from the make-up artist herself who did the make-up! Just looks so fresh and youthful i love it!

  • you are the best, my absolutely favourite make up artist! Your advices are wearables! And that is the most important for a normal woman :) !!!!

  • The colors you chose look great on you. Wonderful tutorial.

  • ur nailpolish is fantastic..very wintry..from where it is?

  • @d5elak Its the Christmas Limited Edition shade by Boots No7...its called Glitter Bomb X

  • Hi Lisa, I love all of your makeup tutorial videos.. Very inspiring =)

I'm having trouble getting my eye makeup right.. So, I was wondering if you could do a makeup tutorial for asian eyes? Please.. =)

  • Hi Lisa ! I was wondering which studies did u make to become a make up artist for celebrities and famous magazines ? I totally admire you and your make up, your so beautiful !

    Thank you :)

(my english sucks, sorry i'm from paris haha)

  • you are SO inspirational! :)

  • Love your videos and am always entranced by your rings--what are they?

  • @licheenut they are from William Welstead x

  • you look absolutely beautiful! The lashes made your eyes look stunning! thank you! <3

  • What did you use on your eyes? because you suddenly put something on your eyelids without really saying what it was XD

  • @DeSmurfen125 I did mention everything I used on my eyes x

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom oh then I must haved mist it :$ but it's a really great look and it look great on both of you! :D

  • Lisa, you are amazing as usual, but do you mind if you do some tutorial on monolid eyes (asian) coz we don't have that socket line like yours. Thanks! Damianti from Indonesia

  • u r lookin so much better than emma!!!!

  • @ChasinAngels I do in nearly all of my videos plus I have done basics videos just about foundation and concealer application. This time, to save time I skipped past it so there was more time for eyes. Have a look back through my videos x

  • Hi Lisa!! Your rings are soooooo beautiful, I am trying to find any similar ones, but I don't!!!! Where did you buy them?? in a jewellery??

  • Hi Lisa! What polish do you have on? I couldn't stop staring! Please keep the videos coming, you're the best on YouTube!

  • Hi Lisa, what do you think about the vidio relating to the maintenance of makeup during the day, how do the correction well? It could be useful for us. Maby you can prepare tutorial about it? Marta

  • it's the 1st look I tried to recreate:) so adorable!

  • Stunning!

  • for me, i find that my mascar always smudges even when i have waterproof masaca..it makes me look like a racoon!...any advice on how to prevent smudging on the top and bottom?

  • @pchenester You should try an eye primer around that area. I put some directly below my bottom lash line when I am wearing heavy liner in the waterline and the primer makes it stay put (like a barrier).

  • @pchenester Some things that I've found that work on clients I've had is adding eye drops before you do you makeup (it seems to make their eyes water less), use powder (either eyeshadow or clear) around your eyes prior to mascara, and run a clean mascara wand through your lashes after you apply mascara.

  • Hey Lisa! I was wondering what brand your nail polish is! It's so pretty! xx

  • lisa eldridge rocks

  • Hi Lisa, can you please recommend some products to lighten pigments on your face. I've been getting more and more of them and I would like to try and get rid of them. I do use sunscreen everyday - but I don't have any products that can help lighten the spots. Thank you so much for everything you do.

  • I'm envious of you. I wish I could meet her! Also, I'd like to marry Rupert Grint just so I could tell people that i'm married to Ron Weasley..

  • Lisa, First of all I love all your work.

I Have a question, with the lash primer, Do you let it dry before applying the Normal black mascara? or you apply it right away? X
