I can remember when every one of those businesses was open and thriving.Section 8 tenants have ruined a once proud town.They are a blight that Penns Grove will never escape from.Pitman st. in particular,was mostly Italian and it was a beautiful st to grow up on.People had pride, not like the scum that lives there now.
