My Mama was the best pianist I ever knew, but she always said I played better than her. She was wrong! She started playing after school, at a theater in Quitman, GA, when she was 16, and played until her passing at 90. I took lessons, but learned things like "Five Foot Two, Eyes of Blue, just from watching her play it. I played boogie woogie, but nothing like any of you! I appreciate your talent, and love listening to you!
