how long does it take to program him... i want to get one but i dont want to waist money on batterys so does he plug into the wall

it doesn't take very long to program him once you have everything set up. setting up the netbeans ide and properly configuring all the files, however, takes 1-2 hours. As for battery life, you are able to plug him into the wall or run him off of batteries, but the batteries are d-cell and are used up quickly/expensive.
